I am unclear about the ink, does this pen have selectable points that writes in four colors?

There are 4 different tabs on the top of the pen - black, blue, red, green. Push one down and that pen comes out. Push another tab lightly and the pen point retracts and you can select another color.

What is the numeric point size?

Definitely not a .5. It's .7 if not more.
