Vitamatic Magnesium Citrate Gummies, 600 mg, 60 Vegan Gummies

I got these magnesium gummies mainly to help with constipation, and they have been working well for me. I like that they are gummies because they are much easier to take than another pill, especially if you already take other supplements. The texture is softer than a regular gummy bear, so they are easy to chew. The taste is okay — not amazing, but definitely fine enough to take. For me, they helped support regularity without feeling too harsh. Overall, I’m happy with these magnesium gummies. They are easy to take, softer than expected, and have been helpful for what I needed them for.

I started taking magnesium to support sleep and over all health, then bought these for focus digestive wellness. The citrate magnesium blend, as opposed to other magnesium types, supports wellness for anyone with a slower digestive track while still helping with sleep. I like the products this company produces and have tried several of their other supplements. They appear to consistently produce a highly quality supplement, which is something I worried about and researched with all the new brands flooding the market. For these gummies specifically I only gave it 4 starts due to a slight graininess to the texture and the flavor is only ok. The texture may be a byproduct of the Citrate and not specific to this brand, but I haven't tried others to know for sure. The flavor isn't bad and has grown on me, but I found other gummies from this brand to have great flavor and judge this in comparison. Overall, I still recommend these gummies for anyone looking to try magnesium citrate supplements. They are very sweet! But no medicinal taste.

I bought this because Imy legs were spasming at night I was magnesium deficient I started taking them my legs don’t spasm anymore

These taste terrible, gritty, hard to choke down. I'll try another brand next time. Two will help with muscle cramps and regularity but the texture and taste is too hard to stomach! The amount of Mg Citrate is fairly low as well and the labeling is misleading, you only get 70mg in 2 gummies so that is the comparison to other brands -- next I'll try the Vitalfusion Orange Creme, one gummie has 150mg of Mg Citrate.

Delivered as advertised, fair price. Hard to find at pharmacy or health food stores. A valuable resource. Thanks!

Not sure if they work lol but definitely full of sugar,I can't find what the calories are but that could just be me,because the writing is that small I need a magnifying glass to read the information.

Pleasant-tasting gummy. Covered in sugar crystals. 20 calories, 4 g carbohydrates, 4 g of sugar per serve. Contains glucose syrup and sugar. Vegan friendly. I enjoy these as part of my daily vitamin supplement. I would buy them again but I will be looking for a sugar-free alternative.
