Aways wanted a jack plate, so I pulled the trigger and decided on a Bob's for my Glassmaster rebuild. Could not be happier, and super easy to install. Raises. and lowers quickly, Would recommend their bolt kits, it saves you hassel.

Raises and lowers under full load with ease. I have a Mercury 250 pro XS optimax mounted on it and it’s given me no hassle at all.
