Q: Where is this trumpet made

Our trumpets are made in the same factory as the MAJOR name brands. Selmer, Yamaha, and Jupiter are made in China and so is Herche. Currently, there is no manufacturer of student-level brass instruments in the USA.

Q: Do you make a left handed trumpet?

We do not make a left hand trumpet.

Q: Can you pack this item is going to be sent to puerto Rico.

Amazon will pack and mail your order from their warehouse. They do a good job of packing it up for a safe journey.

Q: How do you get warranty repair if needed?

We will email you a shipping label to send it to us and we will fix it the same day. But also fix it that day and send it back to you. All at no charge.
