Q: Are these vented? Do they fog up?

Drew is incorrect....these are not vented...they are ventless, which is good for working around strong chemicals...also may be (early to tell) good for protecting eyes from the Covid-19 virus. Since they do not vent, they may fog up a bit, but so far I have not had an issue with fogging.

Q: are these d3 rated for droplet precaution?

I am not sure if they are rated but I can say they are ventless and form a hermetic seal around your eyes for a total protection from droplets. I looked far and wide for goggles like this it seems like most of them have vents but these don't. In fact I have already worn them while shopping. Some reviewers claimed it did not fit the face well but they did fit me perfectly. I believe it'll depend on your facial shape
