Perfect product!
I installed one of these in my 110 psi RV trailer tire today, and it is fantastic!I did notice that the valve stem core needed a slight tightening though.Well built product, thanks!

Snappy looking Easy install. Using rubber extra washer instead of metal washer
I purchased these for a heavy duty machinery laden trailer, holds a backhoe or a vertical lift, so tires get abuse.... I have removed two wheels in order to sandblast and paint, and decided that these valve stems would be ideal....However I am not a keen proponent of metal on metal, so I am planning on using the smaller rubber washer on the inside (which is the right fit for the hole) and on the outside substituting the larger (and in my case, extra) washer down onto the rim so rubber is against the metal rim, and then securing with the nut. The metal washer that was supplied will not be used as it cannot go on top of the larger washer because then the nut has no thread to grab.... The photo shows the outside with the larger rubber washer and nut, while at the top it shows the inside of the rim with the smaller rubber washer, and the two โnot usedโ metal washers are sitting on the rim to the left. (Excuse the rust on the rim, as that is why I removed the tires to address and paint)I am wondering if anyone else has done this alteration, and also if the manufacturer has any comment as to it being installed this way....I also intend to take a small dab of Slime and apply it to the bottom of each rubber washer so there is that barrier between the rubber washer and the metal rim. This should inhibit any corrosion as well as seal it.As I am just starting the sandblasting/painting of these wheels, I have time before these will be permanently installed. Any comments and suggestions are welcome, so long as they are civil in nature!UPDATED: I have added a photo that shows my final decision on the valve stem installation.... I was able to compress the two washers enough, one on each side of the wheel hole, that I could still use the metal washer and get the nut on.... it is very nice and tight.

The material looks good. A little too chromy for my liking, and I don't think its made from the highest quality staibless steel, but it looks sturdy enough. Some reviews say they leak. I hope mine doesn't. I applied flex seal liquid (tubeless conversion) around the seem on the inside and a thin film where the rubber makes contact with the rim for both rubber washers. It should seal well. If it doesn't hold air, I'll know halfway through my 10k roadtrip.
