Great if you decide to make a diet. Easy to prepare. Good taste. Low in calories. Good amount for the price. Great quality.

good tasting and good value
ProtiDiet? It's ok. I was looking (still looking?) for a replacement for Numetra soup. These are ok, a little less 'substantial' and smaller portions. I haven't tried enough alternatives to really rate how this stacks up against other alternatives. Would I buy again? Yes. Am I going to keep searching? Yes.

Great value for price
Delicious, very useful and good value for the price (since it adds a lot to a simple home-made soup).

Revised Directions Below
Reverse directions and add soup mix to hot water while stirring. The direction as written creates lumps and undissolved clumps the spoon never reaches in the cup. Taste is good but not as good as the regular chicken soup.

Good cooking broth.
Not the greatest taste. I'd use it as a broth to cook with but not for a sipping drink.

I like it
I was concerned about ordering this because of the price and how it would taste being a “diet” soup . But I struggle with chronic anemia and don’t always have an appetite so I need something high protein. The taste is wonderful . I’ve added it as one of my subscriptions . I highly recommend it.
