Nine Stars DZT-15-9BURG Trash Can, Small, Burgundy

Purchased January 2023 loved it. After nine months, September 2023 it just stopped working, disappointed! I changed batteries and no go. I did find the booklet that came with it, and found that it carried a guarantee for 1 year. Couldn't believe it, was luck on my side?! But when I read a little further, it stated that the warranty card along with copy of original sales had to be sent to Nine Stars Group with in 30 days of purchase. What warranty card?? I don't see one in the plastic bag I kept with instructions. Too bad. I guess I'll replace it, but not with NINE STARS. I will say, out of 2 sets kitchen and bathroom sizes pluse 2 sets I purchased as gifts this is the first Nine Stars that I had trouble with in 20 years. And this on I paid double the amount. So if you buy, make sure there is a warranty card in the box, and read it, if not contact Nine Stars or send it back.

Does this trash can not come in a bigger size??? Was planning on using it for my kitchen now it may transition to the guest room bc it’s so small!
