They dissolve fast in cold water — no lumps — and the mixed berry flavour is actually pretty decent, not overly sweet or fake-tasting. I feel like it really helps me bounce back quicker after a tough session, especially when I’m sweating buckets.I like that it’s got electrolytes plus vitamin C and B12, so it feels like more than just a sports drink. Not sure if it’s just the additional water intake after taking the these that’s giving me a hydrated feeling or if these really work.I’ve used quite a few of these hydration tablets and these aren’t the best but definitely not the worst.These take quite a while to dissolve and require a stir to get the final bite to vanish. Taste is ok not great tasting but not a horrible taste either. vitamin content seems reasonably good and better than other alternatives.Feel a slight energy boost after taking them and definitely feel more hydrated.I bought them in offer which made them great value for money however at full price they are similar to other alternatives.

Took these to Southeast Asia to help combat Bali belly. Best decision I ever made. This drink really packs a punch and rehydrates the whole body. They taste great, dont have any bad odours and as dissolvable tablets, are very versatile. I took these everywhere with me because it’s so easy to add to any drink. I’ve since used these as a hangover cure too. Excellent value for money

I bought these to try just because they were cheaper than my usual brand that has gone up in price. I usually buy the SIS berry flavored hydro tablets. This brand is a lot weaker in flavour so I've found I had to use two tablets instead of one in my 700ml water bottle. It does say one tablet is needed per 250ml which is fair enough, but it means you will go through them quicker so it's less value for your money really. The other brand (SIS) you only need 1 tablet for 500ml. These electrolyte tablets also contain a small amount of sugar when others don't. I will say they are still refreshing, and I will use them, but I wouldn't buy them again just because other brands are better. I'd recommend these to those who don't like strong flavors and don't mind a small amount of sugar. They do their job and still help with energy levels and hydration.

Use these for when I'm not 100% and obviously the warmer weather when I dehydrate which I do badly in the hot weather even in the autumn and winter when it's warmer I tend to dehydrate quickly so I use these to top up and they work instantly

Simply put the best taste electrolyte drink that I've found, and zero side effects with digestion etc.The only negative is the price compared to others is quite high unless it's on offer, however the multi pack helps that a little.Formular is decent, really good solubility that you end up with no clumps or mess in the bottom of your water bottle.
