Following a cruciate injury, my flatcoat was on reduced exercise and needed to be restricted on stairs especially. This stairgate helped enormously, it can be left open if required, or set to close automatically behind you.Gives me freedom to go about the house without the worry that flora will follow and possibly injure herself, prolonging healing .Great quality item,well made ,easy fitting with no need to use screws,easily done by one person in 10mins.

I’ve owned several baby gates over the years, but this PawHut Dog Gate is by far the best one I’ve purchased. This is a great bit of kit. we didn't need both extension pieces, but it is so worth the money. Easy to assemble, lightweight but strong, excellent lock mechanism with the over 90 degree stay open option, which is very useful if you are carrying anything like a laundry basket for example. Really glad we got it would definitely recommend.

It fit at its widest, give or take a few cms for slight adjustment/closure which is good but could done with a little more movement in the width to position it precisely where I wanted it, but does the job 👍🏻

Great for fitting across an open plan dining / kitchen. Was the only one I could find to fit. Ideal for keeping dogs out. Can screw into wall but I just used the pressure pads and it was easy to put up and take down when needed

I had one of these before and knew they were quality and easy to fit. I needed another one do this was my first choice.

I only have a communal garden that is not secure. But I live at the end of a walk way so I thought this might work. My Chocolate Lab loves to lie by the front door on her bed watching the world go by. I now have a 10 month old Working Cocker Spaniel who likes to sit outside. Although I walk my girls twice a day and do around 8 miles I cant let them hang out in the communal garden. I zip tied a 2x4 to the railing and screwed in the wall mounts. On the other side I just tightened it agains the wall. It fits brilliantly. There is 3 different size add on pieces so it is easy to find the right size that works for you. It opens and locks easily. You can set it to open away from you or towards you. When it swings back it will lock again. I did find if you over tighten the screw mount it affect the locking of the gate. It is high enough that neither my dogs have tried to jump over it. When we go out I always leave it open so my postman and amazon delivery guy can get to my door with out trying to work out how to open it, Which I do have to say is easy. Press the buttons on both sides and lift. Fitting the gate was so easy. It took me all of 20 mins to find the right sizing, fit the screw cups to the 2x4 on the railings and find the right size. The gate comes with 3 adding. You can mix and match the right size or just use one. They come in This has decently made my girls happy and they can now chill by the door and I dont worry that they will run off.

Ordered this to keep my puppy out if newly carpeted living room as he is not yet fully house ready trained. Very easy to put together and erect. Feels very sturdy and solid in place. Good value for money without a doubt.
