Incompatible plug.
Power plug not compatible with Australian sockets. Need to buy an adapter. Would be nice to know this before purchasing or at least put an adapter in the packaging.

Easy to use once set up is completed.
Absolutely brilliant! Pre set angles were spot on and the laser guide is absolutely perfect. Takes some working out initially regarding what does what, I found the instructions to be pretty straightforward. Once everything was in place, it was a piece of cake to cut the required angles with a professional finish. No hesitation in recommending this saw.

Great Product
Recently bought this for a 30 sq metre decking project, and so far it has worked really well and definitely one of the better mitre saws in the market - for the price you cant go wrong. Not bulky and fairly easy to lift and move around. Iv used it on 120mm treated timber, no problem at all slices through like butter. Used on composite decking as well and no problem at all. Finally used on 100mm fence posts, had to cut twice by turning the post around - as long as you measure correctly it will cut through fine. The blade has worked well so far. I used the laser guide in the start, but after a few uses you can sort of judge the cut and carry on with ease. Haven't yet had a chance to use it on Mitre/Bevel cuts yet, but the way its going doubt there will be any issues, overall quite pleased with the purchase and a fairly decent brand - Evolution, definitely recommend for DIY.
