You get what you pay for
It's a super basic reader that reads and clears codes. You can buy them far cheaper from China (no doubt like this 'brand' did), but I couldn't afford to wait for shipping.Confirmed the fault we were expecting without having to shell out for a mechanic to plug into a diagnostic machine. Cleared the code just fine so I could at least drive my car. 5/5

A basic no frills code reader/remover
Why pay more when this reader does the basic code reading/removal. Does whats expected. Easy to fit to code read. Not huge so wont take up much storage space in your car.

This one appears programmed incorrectly
This is your standard budget obd11 code reader. Unfortunately this one appeared to have been programmed incorrectly and the erase function doesn't work. Whether one of with one I got or whole batch don't know. I have used other similar devices to do same job. This one defenitely faulty

A MUST HAVE ITEM!!!
This gadget is very easy to use, I went to emissions and gave me some codes that I had to clear up before I passed I bought this gadget and the codes matched up with the codes from emissions.I took my car to a mechanic they told me I needed a new catalytic converter I looked at that mechanic and I said bye because my car did not need a catalytic converter because it was not one of the codes creating fake business. This is a must-have item like a spare tire.

Essential tool for reading your cars computer
Don't waste your time with the bluetooth OBD2 checkers. The bluetooth checkers just don't do the job. This one is a real tool.It's a simple interface. No bells and whistles. But it does the job very well.I had engine codes on my friends 08 Honda Civic, cleared those in 2 minutes. I had some persistent ones on my 08 Mercedes as well, and cleared them too with no problem. Luckily the codes were just sensor related. Nothing super urgent or pressing.To use this tool, plug it in the port under your steering wheel, with the car turned off. Once the tool is plugged in then turn on the ignition, but not the engine. Then run the test, and view the codes. If you want, at that point, you can fully erase the codes, and your engine light goes off. Saves you a bunch of money knowing what is actually wrong with your car.Highly recommend this tool over the other bluetooth type scanners on amazon. It's a fraction of the price, and gives you what's needed. The essentials of reading your cars computer.
