Mendapause Progressa Menopausal Support Cream 100ml

I’ve been having relentless hot flashes for over a year. This helped ease those within the first 24hrs. It’s been less than three weeks since I started using this and I no longer feel weepy, I only feel a slight elevation in body temp once in a while, I no longer suffer from vaginal dryness, and I can think much more clearly. I also believe I’m seeing improvements in my skin and energy levels. Super happy and grateful to have found something so easy to use that’s affordable and effective. =D

I wanted to wait for, at least, a full month of using this cream to evaluate its effectiveness. I am so glad I bought this cream, it has changed my life. I went into early menopause at age 37 due to a hysterectomy, and had one ovary left for hormonal production purposes. I was dealing with the symptoms perfectly fine until I hit 40 years old, then the menopause symptoms came in with vengeance and fury causing me to suffer horrible hot flashes, mood swings, skin changes, hair loss, you name it. I tried the holistic route with acupuncture, natural pills, oils, but nothing worked, until I came across this cream.First week: I started using the cream with very low expectations, but that changed on day #3 when I noticed that my hot flashes were less intense and lasted no more than 30 seconds (I kept a journal to track the hot flashes). By the end of the first week they were dissipating and become less frequent throughout the day.Second week: Night sweats were GONE. I could sleep through the night without waking up every 20 minutes! As a result, my mood started improving and I was finally seeing a light at the end of the tunnel.Third week: I started noticing my skin was more "hydrated", I had less dry patches. Hot flashes were almost non-existent.Fourth week: My hot flashes are practically gone. I get one, or two at the most, per day, night sweats are gone, skin is looking good, my mood is much better, I can sleep through the night. I'm happy.I took the recommended 5 day break and the symptoms started coming back at day 3 so I started applying it again. I don't know if that is harmful or not, but I don't want to start feeling miserable again.There is one tiny issue I have to get out of my chest, is there a way to put some kind of scent to it? I have not used this a full month yet but the results so far have been positive. I use to get very warm at night and it seems this is starting to stabilize. I also changed my soy isoflavones non-gmo to another brand so this combo may be what is doing it.

I started using this in conjuction with cal-mag. I have PCOS and I'm 44. My hot flashes were so bad I wasn't sleeping well. The hot flashes were very intense and frequent. I also haven't had a period since February 2018. I did spot for a few days last week. I'm dealing with less intense and less frequent hot flashes.This is an awesome product. It dispenses in the proper dosage and the bottle will probably last another month or two. I put it on each day in a different place on or close to my torso. I don't detect an odor or anything although my nose is currently occupied with seasonal allergies. Cream goes on smoothly and is absorbed pretty quickly.I really like it and it's a great value.

The amount of cream per pump/dose was large. It would not rub in. It took about 5 minutes of coaxing it to absorb. I’ve used other creams before but this was horrible.
