cut my left forearm 2 inches below elbow which severed my tendon.surgeon never told me about a complication of CRPS so my whole hand is messed up all fingers with scar tissue /adhesions.They use a graston tool on me at hand therapy so I bought this one so I could do it at home to break up adhesions.I love it and think it is great.I am happy its at an affordable price vs the graston,well made and I like the non slip handle as my opposite hand is now being affected and overused and it is easier to hold this handle.I use it with Aquaphor healing ointment so it slides well on my skin.Thank you for making this tool

I take about 1 scoop of powder in water every night for recovery. It seems to be helping my right leg to heal from playing table tennis: lessen the pain on the hip and quads. I don't know if my guts are healing also but it does not hurt to take it at night and there are no bad reactions from taking it. I take it as part of Dr. Mark Hyman's regime for controlling acid reflux symptoms.

works great to help with post muscle soreness, mix with something so it doesn't taste weird, I usually mix it in with my spark!
