Fantastic piece of kit and works really well on flights. The clips are small and pack away easily in included drawstring bag. Clip onto the top of the closed tray in seconds and holds an iPad very securely at perfect viewing angle. Highly recommended!

This is for the TabletHookz v3 model . So far used on the following economy airlines Nouvelair, Wizz Air and British Airways and no issues for fitment on the back of the seats (hooking over the tray). I believe most of these planes have been A320 models. Worked with my Samsung S7 Tablet which is 11 inches, it's holds it well and is a stable fit - takes about 1 min at most to setup onto the back of the seat. It's been a great edition for my flight entertainment, saves from leaning down looking at the screen sat on the seat tray and getting beck ache! Why not full 5 stars? The various sized velcro sponge pads included to allow the table tray hook to adjust to different thickness trays are pretty rubbish and easily could be lost (I've nearly dropped them when trying to swap over). The velcro has poor adhesive to the sponge, and after only 3 flights (6 including returns), the velcro has started to peel off the sponges too. Suggest a Version 4 revision - instead of interchangeable velcro sponges, incorporate a built-in dial or ratchet mechanism directly into the hook assembly, with rubber backing. This would allow users to fine-tune the thickness adjustment through a rotating dial with click-stops or a micro-adjustment screw system.

I was unsure if it would fit on an easyJet plane, but luckily, it fit straight away. The tablets as well it was good. The weight was great, the sturdiness was great, and the switch I had fitted perfectly. Great product. If you're traveling for a long hours while on a plane

Just had a trip out with Jet2 and back with TUI and the version 3 TabletHookz worked great. I just wish I had more cordless headphones to go around as I could see the passengers behind watching my film with envy. The Jet2 plane was a 737 with the red and grey seats and the TUI one was a 737 max. Kept me and the kids happy and entertained for the flights with the tablets mounted at eye level.

Wow this thing is so bad in so many ways. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I have to. Lets start with the materials. Cheap plastic everywhere. The fastening strings are basically the same type of elastic shoe/boot laces that I used to use for my hiking boots instead of having to deal with wet laces all the time. They also have the same kind of slip grip fastening that don't work properly to stop the strings from slackening off. The hooks that go under and over the top of the tablet are way too long and protrude onto the screen, very distracting and annoying. Once you see them they can't be unseen. If your tablet is from ten or more years ago with a really thick bezel around the edges of the screen then you might be ok. They also have nothing in the way of silicone or rubber grip to stop your tablet from sliding side to side within the "frame". There is no cushioning on these parts to help protect your screen and tablet edges from the hard plastic which also don't have rounded off corners. There are velcro attached cushions on the part that squashes the hooks onto the table to try and make it fit. But, why? So cheap and nasty. They should have just used a simple adjustable very easy to use clamping system that could fit and tighten onto any thickness of table etc.. Putting it together with the tablet was a hassle and it was twitchy. By that I mean if I bumped it the whole thing would fall apart and rapidly cease to do the job it was meant for. It's just so poorly designed and absolutely manufactured for the ridiculously lowest budget possible. It is definitely not worth the money. Five quid in B&M... maybe, but even then you would probably take it back to the shop, it's that bad. It feels like something you could buy from popular Chinese sites for a couple of quid. There's a reason you don't see everyone using this thing on flights or trains. You could probably make something way better at home with a few long zip ties and a plastic coat hanger. To make matters worse I've somehow lost the box so I can't even send it back for a refund.

Bought this for a very long flight from Heathrow to Vegas, sadly didnt fit either of the planes due to the tray being much thicker than the space on the bracket. So currently went unused. The Space would have been fine if it was a single tray, but as the trays on these are folded in half, it just was not big enough. Nicely made and presented, but definitely not a universal fitment for plane travel

I'm sure this is a great tool - however the size doesn't work for the seats on easy jet planes.

Got this because I wanted to watch films on my iPad whilst on the plane. The photos attached to my review were on an EasyJet flight. On the way back and the way there it was a different type of plane with different thicknesses of fold-out tray (both worked fine) Made my life easier as I was able to watch films without needing to hold my iPad for the duration of the flight. Even the people behind us were watching the screen too. The device came in a small cotton bag which fitted in my jacket pocket with easy access without having to dig through my suitcase. There were instructions provided in the bag too but all you needed was common sense to figure out how it worked. The only thing I found was tricky was trying to set this device up in the car. I think it’s because my iPad has a case which also acts as a stand which makes it hard to mount. I know this as my iPad did fall off its stand whilst driving along a few times. I think it’s fine if your iPad’s case is just a flat case and doesn’t have another side like a book. So to sum it up, great for planes not so much for cars.

I am a frequent traveler and I love watching movies on my iPad Pro, and I honestly feel like I cannot fly without this anymore. I have bought this several times, mostly because I keep accidentally leaving them on the plane. It holds the tablet at exactly the right height, right in front of me, and I have never had trouble using it on any of the different planes I have flown on. It works well with different seat backs and supports a wide range of device sizes. When I end up in a seat without a seat back in front of me, I am genuinely disappointed because I miss having my tablet positioned properly. Occasionally I get pushback from flight attendants during takeoff, while other times they comment on how nice it is and let me use it during takeoff and landing. Either way, once allowed, it works flawlessly. It packs light, comes in a handsome bag, and I often get compliments from people sitting next to me. I always recommend it. This simple accessory makes flying noticeably more enjoyable.

Je prends souvent l'avion, j'en ai testé des produits, celui-là est TOP, merci pour mes cervicales (plus besoin de pencher la tête vers le bas), très facilement transportable et montage en moins d'une minute, très stable, plastique de bonne qualité qui durera dans le temps.
