Excellent for piping gum paste/fondant. It is heavy duty with good weight behind it. Does not feel flimsy at all. Different patterns are easy to swap out and the packaging doubles as storage.

I use this for polymer clay extrusions and was very impressed. Well made, durable and far easier to use than the “push” extruder I purchased from a craft store before. I wasn’t expecting this screw device to be so effortless after using the push extruder. It cleans up really easy too (the “push” extruder had clay backing up behind the push stem making it a pain to clean). I originally purchase two thinking I would need a second one to keep my white pure, but now I don’t see the need with how easy it cleans up. Glad I bought two as it will try the second one with my ceramic clay soon.

Absolutely love this tool for small coiled pottery techniques, but it broke after 4 months. I would guess I used it a total of 10 times. Pretty low lifespan, but a great pottery tool overall.

Broke the first time i used it. Actually didnt even get to change a disk before the rod broke off at the base inside.

GOOD FOR CLAY, SOAP DOUGH AND MORE.

Easy to use, straight forward instructions. Hopefully this lasts longer than the other brand did, but only time will tell. Seems heavier than the other brands so that’s already a good thing.

These are really useful, but the quality isn't great. I ordered several for a pottery class. One came broken & irreparable. They're not great quality and won't last that long, but they're cool and fun to use in the meantime.
