Let me start off by saying their customer service is phenomenal. But the bike is not worth the aggravation. I had this bike shipped to me and the packing of the bike was great. Easy to put together. I went out for a ride and the gears we’re not switching right and the disc brakes were warped. Emailed customer service and they are super responsive they gave me lots of options, but I’d rather them replace the bike which they did as soon as I got the second bike I went out on my first ride and everything was fine but the disc brakes were bent. They wanted me to go to a bike store and they would fully pay for it. I was so disappointed that I just asked for a refund my advice spend a little more money for a name, brand carbon fiber bike. Because this brand is not it.
