If you’re doing a large area like I was. I went through the first bottle fairly quickly, because I removed the aluminum seal underneath the cap, and the flow was difficult to control. With the second bottle, I used a furniture glide pictured (a small wood nail or any other object you might have that has a sharp point would probably work) to punch one hole in the center of the round cardboard inside the cap, and three holes into the aluminum seal of the bottle. The flow of the second bottle of sealer was easier to control and lasted a lot longer than the first bottle. The grout looks good and the cleanup was easy. The brush makes it easy to apply.

Good product for sealing new grout

The product came quickly and was exactly as described. I used it for the floor tile grout in a half bath. It went on quickly and easily. I was able to do two coats with 3/4 of a bottle left over. I hesitated to give five stars because I don’t yet know how it will hold up.

I grout cleaned my front entryway, garage entryway, and the back door entryway to the inside of the house 3 years ago. I have two 80lbs Rottweiler Labrador mixes that like to swim in the pool, then roll in the dirt to make mud that then, come inside to rough house all over the tile. The grout in these very high traffic areas is still white looking every time I mop.I decided to grout clean the rest of my house so I HAD to buy more to protect the grout. I love how all the grout matches now. The house is so clean and refreshing looking everywhere.Don’t do all of that back breaking work without sealing the grout in this after! Wait the allotted time, keeping everyone and every animal off it, mop after the time is up, and enjoy your hard work for years! Absolutely, worth the price!

use this after cleaning your grout to seal it works great

I had a hard time laying out this sealant. I first unscrewed the cap and removed what look like an aluminum cover with a knife. I then tried to seal my grout and nothing at first came out after a minute or two. I saw some little pools of this stuff on my title and wonder why that was. After a few more minutes it was coming out in the groves of my tile. When I removed the cap to reseal the top with some aluminum foil I notice the top still had a transparent seal and because I used a knife some did come out at the end which allowed me to finish the job. I made sure to remove the transparent seal before I sealed and screwed back the cap.

Excellent, applies easy and works great!

Product works well but the bottle had a leak in it, so by the time o was ready to use it there was very little inside, and the reutirn wondow was closed.
