Q: Can the chair lean all the way back (flat) so that you can comfortably lay either on your back OR you stomach?

The chair does not lay flat so you are able to lay on your back, but not on your stomach. The whole chair tilts back like a recliner, it does not fold flat.

try the original company or call wherever they sell the chair and see what kind of info you can get from them. we casn't do it ourselves..as it is s specisl kind of elastic. or google; elastics for chairs.

the chair is about 70 inches in total length and takes up 63 inches when fully extended (it doesn't go anywhere near flat), 27 inches wide with 17 inches of seating width. hope that helps.
