Lack of support from Huffy
Good beginner e-bike overall. Not fancy, and does have some issues (brakes screeched out of the box, but wd40 fixed that), the battery lock was backwards. My main issue is Huffy appears to offer next to no support or documentation. It also appears to be clearance or discontinued or something, I can't quite tell.It is worth mentioning that most e-bikes are alot better, but are alot more expensive. You get what you pay for. It's okay, but not great. Works well for me, anyway.

JUNK
Bought last fall. Charged battery and then put them away for the season. Now battery on both (i got screwed twice) are dead. As others said there are no replacements and Huffy couldnt care less. No wonder they flooded the 3rd party market with these lemons. DO NOT BUY HUFFY!!!

Kinda dangerous and no control.
Really loose steering that wont tighten…the handles are so loose that its not really safe. The pedal assist goes off and on and isn’t controllable like it should be. Really uncomfortable seat. Kinda disappointing. Probably better off buying one thats controllable and not just a pedal assist.

Bo't from 3rd party seller, arrived with DEAD battery & would not charge; contacted Huffy about warranty & they said no replacement batteries available & to return the bike to seller, which is pending acceptance at this writing
