Very nice product. One of the most right decision throughout my house construction.used more than 30 months and still working good. Changed the batteries couple of times. The most handy part of the lock is that you don’t need to carry your heavy house keys along with you. Yale locks are very durable

I purchased this Yale lock in Amazon and it was delivered the next day, the service person came within 48 hours to install it. It is working just fine, it has fingerprint, number lock, card and key. And everything works fine. I already had a Yale lock which I replaced with this one in fraction of the cost that I paid for the earlier one. I gained an extra knowledge, they said to replace the battery every 4 months, my old lock got spoilt because of battery leakage. Don't wait until the warning signal is Heard to replace the battery.

Very useful, easy to use and removes the hassle of carrying keys. There is no OTP option for one time visitors like gas delivery etc and the model doesn't have app configuration ! These features costs a bomb which can be made more affordable.Product build quality is very good. Everybody in my home is using this with their fingerprint registered !

No idea whether the lock is good or not or even works or not. Noone has come to install it yet, one week after it's been delivered.Installation person called and asked me for photos of my current lock and after I sent them he says I need to call a carpenter because the cavity size in the door is different from the Yale lock. So do not buy this unless ur door cavity size is exactly the same dimension as this lock (which is not stated anywhere) because they make 1000 excuses to not visit the site for installation.Funnily enough the person coming for installation is a carpenter but he wants me to call another carpenter. Took it up with customer service and after umpteen phone calls and WhatsApp messages the lock is still lying in its original box and noone has visited my apartment for installation as yet. Now in 3 days my replacement window will close and if it's a faulty lock they will make 1000 excuses to replace it. Only bought this because of the value the name Yale brings to the table but I regret it already. Pathetic customer service. Totally false advertising where they say free installation. What they mean is no installation! Save your money and buy a different brand from a different supplier.If I were to call a carpenter who removes the existing mechanical lock, packs the door so the existing lock doesn't fit anymore and then the Yale guy makes more excuses, all I'll have is an apartment that can't be locked. At which point Yale will 'apologize for inconvenience' but will not reimburse me for loss of property if anyone was to walk through this open door and pick up whatever they wanted, totally leaving personal safety of me and my family aside.Well done Yale. Basically do not buy anything from this supplier, ASSA ABLOY are nothing but common thieves!

They don’t tell it evidently to book your installation hence many, like me would miss out to get it installed the next day.Product seems fine and installation was done neatly even though they won’t schedule it for you. Except for such lacklustre behaviour from the brand, rest is fine. Will update if I see any issues.

Amazing Product - Easy to Operate 👍

The installation guy came home and did a clean install. He however said that the door was week and hence I should buy plastic support plates worth 3000 make sure that there's additional support for the door. They were cut out of a simple plastic sheet. He said that, because of this, we couldn't use the key. Since I declined the Rs.3000 plastic pieces, he put a small piece of cardboard instead between the lock and the door. I am not sure I made the right choice buying this lock. If the manufacturer knew about this issue, should he not just throw in some plastic pieces in the box?

There's no app, or time limited password. At this price range the least should've been a time constrained or temporary password to give to guests. It works otherwise, though the finish of the installation could've been more professional. Will update after more use.
