I work in an accounting service, the company is facing the evolution of e-cabinet, we manually sync the data and documents and it's time-consuming and unorganized, not to mention when client asked for a certain tax document. I have to say the software is working fine for me, although I haven't use too much function, the image quality and speed are very good. In addition, it is very normal for the accountant to scan long paper, the long paper scanning is very well, not as expect that have too much image broken. Comparing to the price, the product value is beyond that.

Ok here is our review!The scanner is priced well for its speed, accuracy and software. The install is straight forward and has separate CD's for Windows-XP-10 and MAC.The price is nearly the same as the HP Scanjet Pro 2000 s1 which is 24ppm vs 30 on this scanner.We did not test Photos, but only Text and Graphics pages in both Color and B&W.It does NOT scan from a Screen "SCAN" button; only from the scanner's button. The HP Scanjet pro's and Fujitsu will do both, with different results however.To get the full 30ppm you can set resolution to 150dpi instead of the standard 200. At 150 it does well; hardly a difference in quality.On the scan profile page there are 9 different profiles with suggested settings and have plenty of options; likely more that you will ever need. Many apply to Photo scanning that will make your photos output do just about anything.You can set the Profile to allow manual naming before saving or automatic naming.The one thing I miss is the ability to delete pages before the scan is saved. Only HP has that and Fujitsu if you scan to their "Organizer". (Thus the 4 Stars). If you don't need page deletion, then this scanner is Plenty quick with 5 stars...near the speed of a $400.00 Scanner.You choose the profile to apply on the scanner itself, (up/down buttons) push its scan button, and the profile will be applied to the output.There are several "Global" Settings that you can apply to ALL profiles. The most important to me is the "Blank Page Removal" sensitivity.I had to push it all the way to #15 to get a reliable blank page removal. If there is quite a bit of "bleed" from the printed side, then you have to set the resolution to 150dpi to get those skipped.I would recommend this scanner to any small business or medical office. However, we do not know the longevity before jams or streaking would become a problem. We are putting into full service next week and run it until it has problems and report the results.Help from the Company:We emailed a request for assistance on Blank page removal on Sat. Got a Phone call with the solution on Monday evening .. very good!If you have any questions, we will try to apply them to the scanner before answering.

We ordered this on 3/28/18. We have had to be on the phone with tech support at least once a week since it was installed because of technical issues. It keeps shutting down or the settings keep changing. It will freeze and stop working in the middle of a scan job. It says it has a 50 sheet docu feeder. We never put more than 5-8 pages at a time. There should be no reason why this isn't working. After spending almost $300 on a scanner we should not be going through this every week! I don't know if they are all this bad or if we just got a lemon, but I'm very upset and frustrated about it.

I am very impressed with the customer service and support for this product. When I encountered difficulties trying to replace a lost power cord, the seller was quick to respond and proactively reached out to the manufacturer to help me out.Product itself works great. The scans are quality and the machine works quickly. Perfect for my home office needs.
