Seals very well. Comfortable. But it is not dark enough for mid-morning bright sunlight. I squint when do the back stroke.BTW I typically swim 9 am - 10:30 am. Wearing this at midday would be very uncomfortable.

They fit me perfectly. They are comfortable. They work well for indoor or outdoor pools and or other bodies of water.I wore them for my triathlon and I wore them for both pool and for river swimming.Highly recommend.
