Very comfortable! My new go-to!
I LOVE this lower back ice pack! I’ve have others, but they are bulky & so I just use the ice packs & not the fabric cases that hold them. I don’t know if it’s just the pretty baby blue color that makes me want to use it or the great fit & comfortably, but I use it all the time. It stays cold for a long time (you’re only supposed to use it for 20 minutes) & it’s so comfortable, I forget I’m wearing it. I wear it under my shorts & shirt & you can’t even see it. I highly recommend this - it’s my new go-to.

Soft, comfortable and a good size
I received it today, froze the ice pack and am wearing it. I love it. However, I understood that it came with two ice packs. Mine only came with one. I can us it with an ice pack I already have and that's fine. It's just I thought it said it came with two. My only complaint. I have no problem with the velcro which some people had. It fits beautifully and can be moved up or down.

Easy to use, Velcro adjustable strap, comes with 2 gel packs! Great for lower back pain!
Easy to use, comes with 2-ice packs, is velcro adjustable for small (I am small) to a larger person. Ice stays cool for 20-30 minutes depending on the activity you are doing. Makes my lower back pain/sciatica bearable and works better than heat. It is easy to put the ice pack inside the belt and closes with a velcro strip. The belt itself is very comfortable (not scratchy) and stays in place. I am very happy with mine.

Works on Tummies and Tuchases
This is another 4.4 for me. The Comfytemp Ice Packs dd the trick for my back AND abdominal pain. Each of the two cool gel packs is 12" wide and 7 1/4" tall. They appear durable and they are flexible. The Strap has a mesh pocket that is secured with hook and loop closure and the outside is soft and also fastens with hook and loop (am I allowed to say velcro?). I LIKE this and will recommend it because it will fit various sized people. the waist strap wrapped WAY around my 26" waist. It slipped when I was walking. I could not get it tight enough to stay in place. I also did not care for the mesh pattern or feel against my bruised skin. It didn't bother my unbruised and less sensitive back at all. I tried flipping it so the mesh was on the outside and not against my sensitive skin, but I didn't feel the cold as much. These DON'T get extra cold so you won't damage your skin with a freeze burn. I appreciate the fact the plastic on the gel packs is thick and the gel inside seems to be a good thick but pliable viscosity. The seams (well, edges) appear well-sealed (I'm pretty harsh when I hurt) and they don't have sharp points. I appreciate the smoothness. I'm not proud to have lots of experience with ice packs through the years. These take less than a half hour to get cold, and, like most, gave me 15-20 minutes of cooling pain relief. Usually the recommendation for injuries is 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off. These serve the purpose and I can do front and back at the same time if I am lying down, or I can rotate one on me and the other in the freezer. This set of 2 gel packs with the strap was $19.99. They are absolutely worth that price! They came quickly (YAY!) in a neat little blue box.

Works wonders!
just had serious lower back surgery. this ice pack belt is fantastic. I use it at least 3 times a day. sometimes it works better than OTC pain relievers. It is easy to use, the 2 ice pack inserts freeze quickly, and it is comfortable. Seriously, I do not know how I would have gotten through the past month without it.

Perfect for lumbar back surgery recovery
The Velcro isn’t of the best quality, but I found that if you just squeeze the ends together hard when you put it on, it does work better. That was my only issue with it. I had back surgery (L5-S1) recently and ice has been very needed and this is the perfect avenue to get it where I need. It fits pretty well under my clothes at work too! I got 3 different ones of these for variety, extras, and so I would have some at work, and they’re all pretty great. I would have to say this one is the most functional as it just stays where it needs to be and nothing more. But I do wish the ice packs were bigger on this one. But it’s not much of an issue. I also got the one that’s the large ice pack with the velcro straps attached to it directly. I love it, but unless it’s under clothes that hold it down, the top and bottom kind of roll out or get moved when I sit in my office chair. The last one I got which I want to love the most but can’t quite is the large one with the brace. The reason I can’t love it the most is when you pull it tight with the brace, the lack of good velcro on the ends make it easy for it to come apart, especially when sitting down and standing up frequently for work. Also, the corners of the velcro for the brace part are SHARP and have sliced open my palm, the back of my hand, and my arms. They 100% need to be under thicker clothing or else they’re dangerous. That being said, I do use that one the most at work because it keeps the ice pack exactly where I need it all of the time. Take what you will from this, but there’s no comparison to trying to make an ice pack stay on you any other way when you’re trying to move around. The ice packs themselves are amazing too. If you use them by themselves when you’re laying down, they’re perfect.

Good luck holding it in place.
This is a wonderful, versitile product with one major flaw that prevents me from recommending it. On the positive side, it has two interchangeable packs, either of which can be used hot ot cold. It has helped me recover from a herniated lumbar disc. The problem, as noted by at least one other user in this forum, is that the velcro attachment intended to hold it in place around the waist is worthless. It does not stay attacheed. I have to rely on the waistband of my pants and/or belt to hold it up. This could so easily be fixed I fail to undertand why the manufacturer has not done so, even if they have to rasie the price. If it stayed securely attached it would be worth a slighly hgiher price and I would give it 5 stars.

10/10 recommend
I LOVE THIS THING! I use it for cramps and lower back pain. The elastic belt part you can make as tight or loose as you want. I use it a lot while I’m working so I don’t have to hold a regular heating pad.
