I never write reviews ever. Never really get so wowed that I write one. This however, is literally the best decaf cold brew coffee I have ever had the pleasure of drinking. That being said the price is insanely steep. $50 for 96 ounces. Meanwhile it’s $13 for 96 ounces of Stok decaf. Does Wandering Bear taste 100x better? Yes. Am I willing to pay that much for coffee ever again? No. Not unless the store is out of stock on stok for several days again. If you’re someone who can comfortably afford this price I’d say it’s worth every single penny. But unfortunately my cheap ahh will have to settle for stok 🫪

So, fulllll disclosure here, I am not a discerning coffee drinker, unless the coffee I’m drinking cannot be made better by 1/4 cup of creamer and two tablespoons of Stevia. Yes, I like my coffee basically white. I personally love this coffee. It’s expensive, for sure, but for $2.50/cup, if it stops me from buying lattes at the coffee shop and I buy one per month, I’d say it’s a better deal. It stays fresh for a long time, as I don’t drink coffee every day, so it lasts me most of the month. I think you just have to weigh the pros and cons for yourself. If you like straight black coffee, you may not love it (I’ve tried it straight black, and I thought it was gross, but again, I hate black coffee of any kind, so there you have it). If you are someone who buys really expensive coffee drinks every day and are trying to wean yourself off, it could be a good alternative. That said, they need to make flavored decaf! I’m really grateful that this is one of the very few companies that makes decaf cold brew, but I’d appreciate a wider variety of flavors in decaf (and I know I’m not the only one, based on comments on their social media accounts). Overall, I’d say—give it a try! It could be great!

I’m giving this a one star review because of Amazons delivery of the product. The coffee is delicious but both times I have received, the box has been broken beyond repair and I have to lay the bag in the refrigerator.

Taste fine. Nice convenience but $40??? Only bought once and went on sale next day 🤬 If I were wealthy, this probably wouldn’t be the one I pick.

Good to find a decaf coffee and one that tastes good. It is used as cold brew with ice and milk. It has a slight bitter taste for me if enjoyed without adding anything.

Initially I adored this coffee. I purchased a small container at Sprouts originally and found it surprisingly spectacular. So, naturally when I saw I could buy a large container I jumped on the opportunity immediately. The first pour was good but still didn’t seem the same. The next day it seemed to have developed a strong unpleasant aftertaste, and left a film in my mouth and on my teeth. I’ve repeatedly tried to drink this but I just can’t get over the aftertaste and the film. Now, I’m not sure if the larger container is brewed differently or if it’s a different batch or what but I’m not sure I’ll purchase this coffee again. Maybe I’ll try the smaller one from Spouts again for experimental purposes but… probably not. Shame, because I thought I found a prepared decaf option. Also, the small container at Sprouts stated it was Swiss Water Process coffee … this large container from Amazon doesn’t mention that at all. Perhaps that the taste I’m tasting??? The chemicals used to decaffeinate…?

I tried a few decaf iced coffee options, and this was by far my favorite. I did a subscription order during my pregnancy, and drank a total of 9 boxes of this stuff… It tastes amazing and tastes exactly like a strong brew without worrying about my caffeine intake. The shipping was overall good, it really depends on who handles the packaging during delivery. Some delivery people don’t treat every box with TLC. Only one of the boxes I ordered was somewhat damaged but did not affect the bag inside the box. The quality is definitely worth the price and in my opinion is the best decaf iced coffee option on Amazon so far.
