Worked well
Sorted out the error message on an E92 BMW 318i. 2012.Although it's not a genuine part. It took minutes to fit and once fitted the code was cleared and has not come back. Its been nearly a year.

Didn’t hold out much hope but has solved the vacuum brake sensor fault on my wife’s 2012 e88. Hopefully it will last.

Honestly, I too was apprehensive about buying a cheap product that had mixed reviews. However, it was so cheap compared to BMW's original OEM part, I thought it's worth a try. If it doesn't work, it'll be a waste of my labour time.I am so happy that it worked perfectly first time. It deleted the EML that's been on for months and a week later, I can report that it hasn't returned. Deleted 3702 code: brake vacuum, plausibility, and has restored full engine power. The car is running beautifully and I am delighted I'd saved a few hundred quid. Highly recommend you try this first, before knocking at BMW.

Fixed the auto stop / start issue for £20 👍🏽
I'm by no means a mechanic, but watched a YouTube video on how to fix this. I opted for the slightly longer method but gives you better access - take the top panel off as shown in my pictures. I used 2 long screwdrivers to do that actual replacement of the sensor and wiggling it back into place. It was actually harder to remove the old one than fit the new one. Plenty of lights on the area from all angles helped and guided the new sensor in using the power cable to it as sort of fishing rod and screw drivers as pokers. Thankfully on the way in as soon as it has a little push it slots straight in, I was anticipating more of a battle. Anyway, reset the codes I hard using my Carly OBD connector and hey presto all errors fixed.
