Origin8 700C Fixie Wheelset (ISO Diameter 622)

I have been using these wheels for just under two years now and they are still rolling great. The rims haven't needed any re-alignment since the initial one at time of install. The finish is nice and the fixed threads have held up against wear over time. I ride pretty hard in a city riddled with potholes and I jump up curbs all the time. My room mate is riding my rear wheel now and he's a bigger guy (225lbs+). He used to have a velocity brand rear wheel with a phil-wood hub, After stripping the threads on his hub due to the wrong lock-ring, he swapped out his wheel for mine and he's been riding for a few months now with no problems. He even mentioned that the wheel has a nice stiff feel just like his velocity rim did. I would buy these again and recommend them to a friend.

High quality rims and hubs. They were lubed, true, and ready to ride straight from the box. USPS lost my package, but Bell's Bike Shop were quick to solve the problem, showing professional customer service and understanding. Not only would I buy these rims again in the future, but I would especially want to do more business with Bell's Bike Shop. Very satisfied customer here. Oh and they look niiiiice, bumped up the aesthetics of my fixie quite a bit. 8-)

They are nice but they lack a CNBC machined brake track, so they will squeal like heck if you are braking on them.

These wheels are great for the price! Makes my fixie look sweet and they are smoother than the stock wheels i had.

I really like these wheels. Five stars for price range, material, and quality level (not based on other, much more expensive wheels). They are almost perfectly true, seams on the rims look great, bearings run smooth as glass. Awesome, and not enormously heavy.

These rims are durable and have lasted me a while. I haven't had any problems yet. Would highly recommend them. Great wheels! Im actually planning on investing into another set of them but in different colors.

i really like these wheels. great quality and good price.. there's no need to spend a fortune or wheels if you would just like a little color on your bike or the deep dish look. these things are great.

There is a very noticeable seam where the wheel was joined. There is a gap about 25% through the rim where I can put a piece of paper through it. I think quality control is not very good for these wheels. Still, not a terrible purchase at $100 for two wheels, but I probably would have gone with a cheaper brand if I knew there would be visible gaps in these wheels.
