Cleaning Power: Despite being unflavored, it still cleans really well. My teeth feel smooth and clean after brushing, and it foams just enough without being excessive. Gentle Formula: This toothpaste is very gentle on gums and doesn’t cause any irritation. It’s great for sensitive mouths or anyone who finds traditional toothpaste too harsh. Everyday Use: Because there’s no strong taste, brushing feels more comfortable and less of a chore, especially first thing in the morning or late at night. Overall: If you’re looking for a simple, effective toothpaste without added flavors or unnecessary extras, this one is a great choice. I’ll definitely keep using it.

I developed a sensitivity to mint and menthol mouth products. Then my dentist-recommended toothpaste started burning my tongue. Before I knew it, my tongue was swollen and painful, especially the tip. I decided it was time to confirm my suspicions about the toothpaste. It took a lot of searching to find a toothpaste without menthol or mint. I finally found 2 and ordered both. One does not contain fluoride. Dr Bob’s toothpaste does. My tongue is 90% back to normal, and after a few days of using this toothpaste (recommended for children), I can recommend it enthusiastically. My 27 year old son has had a severe problem with excessive phlegm and throat clearing since his teen ears. He has seen top allergists, tried prescription meds, etc. but has not seen much improvement. FYI: He is dairy free and limits his daily intake of sugar. He recently told me how his phlegm issues are worse after brushing his teeth so I sent him Dr Bob's toothpaste to try. Evidently there are a lot of nasty chemicals in most toothpastes. But Dr Bob's formula is simple and has much fewer ingredients. Two thumbs up for Dr. Bob's company.

After what feels like an eternity of FIGHTING every single morning and night just to get our 6 year old autistic son to brush his teeth, we finally had a breakthrough today! Although the toothpaste was a bit gritty, he still reacted way better than with flavored toothpaste. Honestly, this morning was a total 180. No meltdowns, no power struggles—just actual brushing!! I know how exhausting the sensory battles can be, so I had to share.

Adult here. I know this is technically a product aimed at children, but I have sensory issues around mint/menthol in my toothpaste, to the point where I will avoid brushing because of it. I had a lot of trouble finding a toothpaste without it that also had fluoride. Here's my official review: Still mildly gritty. Able to look past that for the sake of it being toothpaste and its something ya gotta deal with. The grit is more a chalky texture than a sandy texture though, which is miles better than sensodine ive been using. The taste is just artificially sweet, but not unpleasantly so. It doesnt linger. I dont feel like I have to wait an hour to drink orange juice. After I rinsed the leftover grit it was entirely gone. It does feel like I didn't brush my teeth, aside from my mouth feeling clean, because Im used to that lingering minty cool feeling. But im glad its not there. It does NOT foam. Which is nice for the fact that it doesnt get all over my mouth, chin and shirt. It is strange though, because I feel like I didnt use enough toothpaste. It is a little pricey, $9.99 on both Amazon and their website. But honestly for not having to fight my brain to brush my teeth, its worth it. Overall: **9/10** I wish it wasn't as chalky and expensive as it is, but it is a wonderful sensory friendly option. I appriciate that its not only unflavored, but SLS free.

Absolutely love this product! I can’t stand minty toothpaste to the point I wouldn’t brush my teeth. This has no taste and I love it so much! This will definitely help me with brushing my teeth again regularly!!

My daughter is on the spectrum and is very sensitive to our toothpaste. She says that normal toothpaste tends to make her sick and make her mouth burn. So after searching for an alternative we found this toothpaste. She now can brush her teeth and have better smelling breath. Personally, it's strange to brush with toothpaste with no flavor.
