Recently used these to making fermenters out of 5 gallon and 2 gallon food grade buckets. The grommets fit almost perfectly to the lid thickness of a regular bucket. The airlocks sealed very well into the grommets too. Very simple to use and clean. They seem well made and should last me a long time.

I have not used them yet but looking at them I can tell they are rugged and well made and will do the job over and over and over again.

I like this style better than most others

So these are nice and much more durable than the others due to the harder material used. Their only downfall is they don't come with the lids and they are extremely tight in the grommets. I don't know if I'll be ordering more because of this issue. However those grommets might be worth it. The grommets are well made with a more durable material that won't tear the first time you use them. I really like that. If they came with pre drilled lids, this would be a perfect product.

I liked how heavy duty this airlock is handled a violent fermentation from a 5 gallon batch pretty well.
