Exactly whay i wanted

There is a flaw with the screw thread fittings of the pressure adapter hose and the adapters. The quality and accuracy of gauges are good but the threaded fittings are wrong. The threads of the pressure hose end are not cut with the proper pitch to screw directly into a 14mm spark plug hole. The pressure hose fitting threads are designed to thread into the adapters. However the 14mm adapter plug thread is also the wrong pitch and is too large (19mm hex) to insert into a deep overhead cam spark plug hole designed for 16mm hex. The manufacturer should simply supply pressure hoses with the proper 14mm 1.25 spark plug direct screw in fitting. This will allow the hose to be screwed directly into the spark plug threaded hole. Professional leak down kits (OTC/Sealey) have a 14mm 1.25 pressure hose with 10,12,18MM adapters with knurled fittings not large hex head fittings that require a socket larger than the plug hole. Pictures show a brass fitting from a professional grade compression tester that accepts a 22mm long 14mm spark plug. The pressure adapter hose will not screw in 12mm to seat the o ring. the threads bind at 6mm. The steel 14mm adapter has the same faulty threads as the adapter hose and the threads bind at 6mm depth. Note the steel 19mm hex adapter compared to 16mm brass hex adapter. The tool will NOT work as it was received. Does anyone actually use these tools before manufacturing and assembling them? Worst quality control ever! Return for refund.

Great for the price, a little on the cheap side far as feel and materials used but take a little extra care and it should last a good while, is very accurate I do trust it if that means anything to you
