Q: My cats tends to drag whatever mat into the litter box is this mat stiff enough to resist dragging into the box?

The mat is pretty heavy. My cats "dig" around the box and used to move mats all over but this one stays put. They haven't moved it yet!

Q: Is there a larger version?

Currently this is the only size. PetFusion will be coming out with a larger one this summer.

Q: Is this mat heavy and rigid enough to not double up when "pawed" at by a cat trying to make a nest to pee on?

Yep, it's heavy enough not to be upended by the cat. Mine has taken to trying to "claw" on it and even that doesn't lift it off the floor. It cleans really well too if they pee on it. Mine have 'missed' the box a few times but got on the mat. The groves are wide enough to sponge or wipe out with a paper towel without too much effort.
