I've been using this press for about 6 months now for flat sublimation projects. It's sturdy and reliable, and I haven't had any problems with it.

Awesome heat press. Great size and I love the slide out platform for shirts. Nice even heat. Love it!

Its good for a small space and works well. My only issue is that is totally scratched the table I put it on.

I've made multiple shirts since buying this press a few weeks ago and I'm impressed. It heats up relatively fast, holds a steady temp and presses the design evenly. I love that it has the teflon wrap included to protect designs. The ONLY negative I can come up with is that it's a bit loud when opening and closing because the spring is very squeaky. I can't speak for how long it will last because I just purchased it a few weeks ago but so far I'm loving it and would definitely recommend.

I’ve never owned a press until this one but I am very pleased. It is simple and straight forward. So far I’ve used out to press shirts and blankets. It came with these platen protectors that are really nice and hold the lower part in place. I also like how the power lower platen slides out so you can get your item situated and then slide it back in and press. I am very pleased with my purchase, would buy it again. It feels heavy duty and sturdy.

Do Not I repeat Do Not Purchase this heat press! I was in the middle of a huge job my heat press went completely out! I spoke to KEVIN 415-325-5598 with Company Name: JRFOTO INC whom I bought this product from regarding my issue this fool asked me if the light was on, I had already told him twice the machine was completely off, not working, and unable to turn on.Since I informed him that the machine was completely off because it “went out” I’m thinking how could the light be on if I told you the machine was off and not working.I informed KEVIN that I could not find the reset button he then proceeds to tell me, it “MIGHT” be the on and off switch and that I’d have to purchase one to see. I then asked him how he came up with that solution and what if it’s not, since he said “MIGHT”. He then proceeds to state he deals with this issue daily. Because I felt his assessment was premature because he never asked me any additional questions, I asked him if there were other ways I could troubleshoot this issue with him on the line. KEVIN then proceeds to start yelling and stating that he does not understand why I’m challenging him. This FOOL then hangs up the phone on me obviously did not care to resolve the issue. LISTEN I Repeat DO NOT, DO NOT Purchase this Item from this company. Purchase this item from a large retail store or the maker instead!
