I have purchase several of these for different areas of my woodshop. Yes, my shop is big, and I am lazy! They are good quality and are sold at a fair price!!

Works great, but could have come with better instructions. I will be purchasing a next size up.

I thought I didn’t need this until I saw a YouTube on it. Really makes finding the center more accurate.

I paint mandala designs on small 3.5” plaster of paris stones that I’ve cast myself. Finding the center is imperative on a mandala. If you’re off by a fraction, it throws your entire design off. Finding center on these stones was especially hard because they gently slope downward around the entire edge. This tool is a lifesaver for me! Simply insert the round stone, mark 3 lines, and the intersection of those lines is dead center. I also used it on a square canvas - perfect again. This tool works for small objects, so now I need to find one that would work on a 12” canvas. All in all, I love this tool and would have gladly paid twice the price!

I ordered this after another order for a set of 2 different sized ones was cancelled by another seller. To my surprise as I had not noticed this in the add this is actually a large and a small center finder just one on each side of the same template. This was not only a pleasant surprise but one I would have looked for if I'd known it was a thing lol I find this to made made of very robust and not easily breakable plastic. It is accurate and easy to use make finding center on a vast range of sizes of square, round, or hex stock. I can't tell you the exact size off the top of my head but I have a fairly large lathe and it will definitely work on anything I can turn inboard an the one plate I turned outboard was just over 13" and it worked with room to spare. It is rather large and unwieldy but however quite flat so I found it just hangs on any old nail or hook maybe just not as compact as my other tools.

I purchased the large unit as I mostly work with larger stock and finished items. The centre finder is very easy to use and is amazingly accurate. Got the centre fist time every time .The unit is light and very strong. Highly recommend this centre finder.
