If Apple was to make an electric screwdriver
I bought this screwdriver for a project I was doing. I needed a small lightweight electric screwdriver because the project had a lot of screws that needed to be screwed in and I didn't want to use a manual one. I bought it mainly because of the reviews and the simple elegance to it. When It arrived I was shocked! The first thing that came to mind to describe this tool is "If Apple was to make an electric screwdriver, this is what it would be". The build quality on this is very impressive, the simplicity of the design is very Apple like. The case design is ingenious. It is a very well though out product. There is one rocker button for forward and reverse, a turn knob at the top for on/off and torque setting (of which there are three choices) and a USB-C port at the bottom end for charging, that's it. No unnecessary buttons, knobs or extra features, just plain, simple design. So how does it work? I used it on my project and was very happy with it. It has a lot more torque than I though it would. If I had to pick a negative point on this product it would be that it has so much torque it spins the screwdriver out of your hand when your done screwing something in. Unlike a drill, which when it reaches it torque limit makes a grinding sound to let you know it doesn't have enough torque to continue turning the screw or drill bit, this has so much torque on the lowest setting it spins the screwdriver out of your hand when you reach the end. The battery seemed to last a long time, I never ran out of power on my project and used it quite a bit. it has a nice assortment of bits that come with it and they seem to be good quality as well. The case is a metal cylinder, in which the bottom holds the bits in the outer part and the center holds the tool itself. A metal cylinder sleeve fits over it and locks into place by turning it. This is the best built, simplest design I have ever seen (again, very Apple like). I would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting a high quality, easy to use electric screwdriver.

I can never go back - drastically cuts down building time, Every home owner needs this!
I legit love everything about my electric screwdriver. I’ll try not to sound like some bot or sponsored influencer, because I’m not - I just really like this tool and it’s helped so much that I genuinely feel like every homeowner should have one. Most of the furniture in our home has been things we order online and have to assemble ourselves (bookcases, nightstands, bed frames, dressers, cube storage organizers, cabinets, desks, more tables, you name it). I honestly enjoy assembling things like this and watching it come together, but I hate how time consuming and exhausting it can be. I know lots of instructions would say to not use a drill but some stuff was too difficult to not to. But I hated how heavy/ clunky my drill was since I would have to hold it in place so carefully while slowly putting pressure on the trigger to watch the screw and make sure I didn’t strip the screw. It was better than hand-screwing everything, but still hard. Then I finally saw a video for this product and got it immediately. I have absolutely loved it from the moment I powered it on. It’s easy to control the speed and force. I love how many different attachments it has and how well they are organized together so that I don’t have to search through my tool bag for different things anymore. It’s worked for so many different house products. It’s also lightweight and easy to use, so I get far less exhausted while putting things together. Plus makes these projects go by so much faster. I genuinely wish I got this sooner. I’m going to be recommending it to any person I know that owns a home/ will ever have to put together their own furniture Some may think it’s a bit pricey but honestly it’s completely worth the investment to me, especially if you regularly put things together. Basically you end up saving money since you aren’t having to pay the extra $50-$200 assembly fee for an item. There have honestly been zero downsides and I’ve been using it for nearly a year now. It still works just as well as the day I got it. Even if it did break, I’d immediately buy another one. I don’t think I can ever go back to the old way of assembling furniture again 😂 Once again, I highly recommend this. You won’t regret it. Okay, that’s all - thank you for coming to my TED Talk 😂 Hope you love this as much as I do!

Obsessed
I got this when we needed to start baby proofing around the house and a year later it’s just been amazing! Easy to charge, easy to store (all in one simple component), looks sleek and modern, and most importantly, works like an absolute charm for all my projects! Everytime I have to use it I look around for other projects just so I can keep using it longer lol. Also think it’s a perfect gift for your friend moving away to college or who bought their first home. Love it.

This is a game changer
As I work in manufacturing and I tend to have a lot of hands on jobs, I bought this out of curiosity. Overall, I love it and it's definitely helped make my job easier. The design definitely looks very slick, almost like a water bottle if anything but I like it. The surface of the case and the driver itself is very smooth and not too slippery, but slippery. It has a strap handle at the top so I wouldn't worry too much about dropping it. The tool itself has a rubbery texture around it for gripping. Not too "grippy" I would say, but I guess it just depends on how much moisture is on your hands. Also, I would definitely not put this in your tool bag like I did because the surface of the case will easily get scratched. Overall, definitely has a weight to it and it's really well built. The fit in your hand is great as the tool isn't too thick, so I think people with smaller hands can benefit from this tool a lot. The light feature is actually really great to improve visibility during your work as there's many occasions where your working against the light in the shadow. The three setting torques are great, I honestly don't really notice a difference in the RPM of the three torque settings but there's definitely a stronger kickback with the higher torques. The drill bit holder honestly becomes a little cup, so it helps with keeping all your screws in one place instead of accidently flinging them off your table. The drill bit itself seems very sturdy and it's nothing special so you can literally go to Home Depot, Amazon, buy any bit set and it'll most likely fit on this tool. (My Makita bit set fits secure and easily). I have to remove a lot of covers at work to open up the machine and this was definitely a game changer. You can literally remove screws with one button and no more pushing, turning, what not. Lot less strain on my hands and arms. The only moment I feel this uneasiness is when I screw back in the screws, even the lowest torque will slip in your hand. Because there really isn't a "grippy" texture, the moment the screw reaches it's head, the screw slips in your hand with the torque's backlash and you would need to firmly regrip the tool to properly torque the screw. Again, the torques aren't strong enough to injure your wrist, and because it slips, it most likely won't injure you. Final thoughts, I think this is great so far. The battery life hasn't really caught my attention yet and I've yet to experience anything that I've read from other reviews. Time shall see but I don't see this product going bad anytime soon.

Good addition to tools
The HOTO Electric Screwdriver is a game-changer for light-duty tasks. Its sleek, compact design and solid aluminum quality make it feel like a premium tool. The functionality is great, with adjustable torque and a powerful motor for its size. The USB-C charging and included magnetic bit case are also huge pluses. For the value for money, it's an excellent investment that makes assembly and repairs far easier. Though it is a bit hard to open.

Versatile, Powerful, and Convenient
I purchased this rechargeable electric screwdriver for my son, and my husband liked it so much I had to buy him one as well. It has a sleek compact design, and I love that all the tips and the tool itself are contained within one case. It holds a charge well and had good power for the size (and for being electric). It's perfect to use on projects and repairs around the house and also works well for putting furniture together. I think I will purchase another for my son-in-law. We are very happy with this product.

Impulsively purchased
The best tool to buy if you need to build new furniture. I recently moved into my own apartment and I needed to buy furniture. I was using the manual tools they send in the furniture box but it was very labor intensive. I grew tired and bought this little guy impulsively. It saved me a lot of time and stress. It charges pretty fast and has speed adjusting which I needed for some delicate wood furniture and hard metal furniture I purchased. It's perfect for small projects. I don't think it will be good for large heavy duty projects.

Save your wrist!
Great addition to my car trunk emergency toolkit. I have used this screwdriver to fix our electric scooters, dryer, disassemble a bunk bed, and even at work. High quality, great torque, long battery life.

A lightsaber in a dinosaur embryo canister that puts manual labor to shame.
I have been using this HOTO electric screwdriver religiously for the last ten months. I fully intended to go back to my old, manual screwdrivers at some point - mostly out of habit - but that would be like ditching a modern smartphone to go back to a carrier pigeon. After nearly a year of consistent, daily abuse, I am thrilled to report that there is absolutely no wear and tear whatsoever. It is still going strong, which is more than I can say for my own knees. First, let’s talk about the aesthetic. It looks exactly like a lightsaber, and it makes me feel like a Jedi. It even arrives in a circular storage contraption that looks suspiciously like the stolen dinosaur embryo canister from the whipped cream can in Jurassic Park. I half expect to open the lid and find the DNA of a T-Rex instead of metal bits. The magnetic heads are a stroke of genius, making the whole process of swapping bits laughably easy. You don't have to fiddle about with tiny, greasy parts; you just snap them into place. The size is perfection; it fits into the palm of your hand as if it were designed by an ergonomically obsessed sculptor, and it has just enough weight to feel like a serious tool rather than a toy. But the real, soul-cleansing glory occurs when you are assembling a 3D printer. We have all been there, wrestling with those metal arms like you are trying to pin down a butch, robotic octopus. You usually need a seventh hand to hold the Allen key, you can only turn it a millimeter at a time, and then you realize you’ve done it the wrong way round and the struggle begins all over again. This screwdriver turns a 20-minute, life-shortening disaster into a 2-minute, peaceful experience. It is also absurdly good value for money. When you consider that you are essentially purchasing a piece of high-tech wizardry that holds its charge for an eternity - I have charged this thing exactly once in ten months - the cost is borderline philanthropic. I reckon if Qui-Gon Jinn had cracked this out to cut through the blast doors in the first Star Wars film, he would have been through and finished the job before the droid army even realized what was happening. It is officially my go-to tool. It is the lightsaber I never knew I needed to fight the tyranny of flat-pack furniture, all while safely encased in a vessel that makes me feel like I’m smuggling stolen prehistoric assets off Isla Nublar. If you are still using a manual screwdriver, you are essentially trying to fight a Rancor with a butter knife. Stop it, and buy this.

Great Tool for Everyday Use!
I’m really impressed with the HOTO Electric Screwdriver Set. It’s compact, powerful, and super easy to use. The 3 torque settings make it versatile — gentle enough for small electronics but strong enough for furniture assembly. The USB-C charging is a big plus, charges fast and lasts a long time on a single charge. The build quality feels premium, and the magnetic bits are very handy. Honestly, it’s one of those tools you don’t realize how much you need until you have it. A perfect balance of design, power, and convenience. Highly recommend!
