Excellent dispenser
I’ve only been using this water dispenser for a few weeks, so far so good. It does the job very well with excellent water temperature of hot and cold on demand. The other great thing is that it is completely silent with no leaking when compared to my previous water dispenser which was quite noisy at times and leaked loads. So far this is great product that has been well worth spending a little more on price.

Reliability issue
Bought the grey version, beside the good looking design and color, the water dispenser stop working correctly after 1 year. Hot & cold water are no longer working and the normal water provides cold water only. Not worth the money!

Great bottom loading water dispenser
Looks great and easy to use. Is not silent but that is not an excuse issue given where we have it stored.

Top quality water cooler, quite not like others I’ve experienced. Very good purchase!

Water dispenser itself is getting overheat
I bought this water dispenser less than a year ago, and the thermostat is already broken. It never stops cooling, which causes the dispenser to overheat, make a constant noisy sound, and turn the water freezing cold all the time. Very disappointing and poor quality — I expected it to last much longer. Definitely would not recommend.

Buy cheap, buy twice
Lasted less than 2 years before the cokd side stopped pumping water. Buy cheap, buy twice

Decent product with modern design
I am using since one month and has no issue in it. Nice and sleek. Working very well, no sound.
