Where do u buy refills ?

For your convenience, the Kitchen Stickin'Tape Dispenser uses standard rolls of 1-inch painter's tape or masking tape. So, you can get refills at pretty much any discount store, hardware store, or grocery! On average, you can expect to get about 500 uses per roll of tape.

Will this work mounted to the underside of kitchen cabinets (horizontal surface, upside down)?

While the Kitchen Stickin' Tape Dispenser is designed to be mounted vertically on surfaces like refrigerators, walls, and cabinet doors, it is possible to mount the dispenser horizontally such as on the underside of cabinets and countertops. However, this is definitely not the optimal placement of the dispenser as the horizonal position underneath a surface takes a little more effort to grab the tape and access/replace the marking pen than when the dispenser is mounted vertically. Check out the video clip to see an example of horizontal placement. So, while you could mount the dispenser horizontally underneath your cabinets, it could possibly work better to mount the dispenser vertically on the inside of your cabinet door.
