Shipping was fast, package was very well protected and everything was included. Installation was very easy in my 36" cabinet. I didn't have to make any adjustments to the opening, but this sink does fill that opening very well. It does come with a template. My only issue, minor at that, were the clips. Because this sink fills up the opening space, the clips were hard to install in the back of the sink. They were an odd type of clip that I hadn't used before, but they were easy enough to figure out. This is a gorgeous, solid sink and it looks absolutely beautiful in my island with the matching gunmetal faucet I found on Amazon, as well. The only thing I would recommend is that you buy a gunmetal/black sink flange, also. I reused my stainless steel flange, and it's fine. The dish grid that comes with it is also stainless steel, so the flange looks like it belongs in there. I just didn't think of it ahead of time. I had the sink installed in about an hour and a half. It was the plumbing that took me a little longer since I was going from a shallow double basin to this work of art! There is an extra hole for a dish soap dispenser, but I installed a push-button for my disposal in there instead. The roll-up drying rack is a nice addition, too. Everyone who has seen this sink has just loved it. I could never have found something like this, for this price, in one of the big box stores.

This sink was simple to install, beautiful in quality and I would highly recommend Recommend for anyone looking for a replacement.

It is solid, and just what I needed to replace the fiberglass sink in the laundry room. My wife was really impressed with it.

Pros:- Looks great. Everyone who sees it immediately goes to it and makes a comment about how nice it is.- Good size. You can easily fit multiple big pots to soak while still being able to wash hands or use the faucet.- The cage for the bottom has protected the sink from any scratches at all after about 3 months of heavy use.Cons:- Doesn't drain completely, there always seems to be at least some standing wetness in a corner or along the sides- Tough to get food to go down the drain. It's an extra 5 minutes to wash out the sink after doing the dishes between the big size, sharp corners, almost no pitch toward the drain and the cage.- Using the cage for the bottom seems to build up gunk on the underside and makes it that much harder to clean the bottom of the sink from food and other gunk

This is a fantastic industrial sink for the price. It is heavier than anything they sell at the big box stores, and looks fantastic. The accessories are excellent to. The drain plumbing basket set up was better than anything I’ve ever seen. We didn’t use it since we have a garbage disposal but I’m going to use it and another sink since it was so good. Highly recommend the sink. I read a review about it not draining properly. It probably was a Home project that didn’t realize that a sink needs to be level if not tilted a little towards the drain. The bottom is relatively flat, but does drain properly if the sink is level. It does take a lot of water to rinse out such a big stink if you have food particles in it because the slants aren’t extreme, but it is just fine. extremely heavy and the protective packaging was exceptional.

Installed this sink into our trailer and I could not be more impressed. It made the space feel so much bigger and functional.The drain catcher has such a unique design that makes it very easy to clean.Was able to easily install this in an hour, and have no issues since.

Beautifully made sink, I was really impressed with how well made the sink is. The clips to hold it to the counter weren’t the best but they worked. I highly recommend this sink!

It's heavy. Good looking finish on all the stainless steel. The strainer is a deep stainless basket like you get on $$$$ top of the line sinks. Has all the accessories from wood cutting board to stainless mats and big strainer basket you'd want when prepping veggies. outside is rubber coated and has extra panels overlaid to dampen the sound when you drop stuff in. It's the equal of the $500-600.00 Elkay sinks as far as I'm concerned.

This sink only just fits in an 80cm cabinet. What they don't tell you is the sink dimensions given dont include the lugs welded onto to the perimeter at the top that are used to fix the sink down to the worktop. Once you have dropped the sink down there is no room with an 80cm cabinet to get your hands in to put in the fasteners (supplied) that pull it down onto the worktop.The sink trap supplied is completely unsuitable for the British market as the thread on it is a different size to that used in British plumbing. The only solution in fitting this sink was to buy a stainless steel trap for a British sink and fit that. The other thing i notice is there is no overflow on the sink, which is normal on British sinks. Better to fit this to an 100cm cabinet so you would have a bit more room as there is not much of the cabinet left after cutting it for pipes, the sink etc. Unfortunately in my case there was only room for an 80 cm cabinet.
