Are these standard gcea tuning?

Yes. I tune to gCEa on both my concert and soprano and they sound great and have a comfortable amount of tension.

Does Martin make a low G for the ukulele?

If they do, they make it hard to find. I had to get another brand of C string for my Tenor Fluke. I still use the Martins, though. You can find single strings here: http://www.juststrings.com/ukuleleothersinglestrings.htmlHope this helps. Happy uke-ing!

The photos show tenor fluorocarbon & polygut sets, but the selection options only show 2 polygut options. Is there a tenor fluorocarbon option?

Yes, there is. Visit the Martin website for more information.
