Q: Are these bands comfortable?

They are comfortable but if worn during a workout or in humid sticky conditions, they can be somewhat uncomfortable and itchy due to sweat beneath the band.

Q: are small and large interchangeable

These are the best replacement bands I have found!! I have the small band size only. However, I would think the only difference between small and large bands would be band length though, since the tracker itself is one-size fits all, therefore the connectors are one-size? I am guessing... Hope that helps! :)
