Red Ointment (30g), Effective Herbal Pain Relief, for Muscle & Back Pain

This is great stuff and genuinely works without burning the skin. I use it on my head and I have quite sensitive skin, but I’ve never had any issues. It works really well for tension headaches and migraines and gives pretty much instant relief for me. The effect wears off slowly, so you don’t find yourself constantly reapplying. I’ve been buying this for years and this is the larger pot, not the tiny one. It lasts ages even when used a couple of times a day, which makes it very good value for money. Overall, a really effective product, good size, and something I’ll continue to repurchase.

Helps with congestion

It’s so strong it burned my skin so be cautious. I had tonsillitis and applied it on my neck it got red and rashy took a week before my skin started to heal. I used it on my daughters arm which was painful after extensive exercise and it helped beautifully . I think it depends on your skin and maybe the situation when I have tonsillitis my whole body is very weak, hence the burning afterwards. Other than that the balm is wonderful. I mostly use the white one for my headaches, it smells so good and helps a lot! Never had skin issue with the white balm. All in all highly recommend both just be careful how you use it.

I use white for headache and congestion. Red for aches and pains. Really good pain relief. A small pea sized blob is enough normally and is easy to apply. Good size and lasts a long time. Hubby prefers Tiger Balm rather than any other heat cream. Great value bundle Remember to wash your hands after use

I would like to amend my earlier review. Had a smaller sample size sent then ordered. The seller rectified this issue very quickly. Product itself, smells good, easy to apply
