Beware ...very high in sodium
Definitely good ... but tbh SUPER in sodium so if your trying to watch your HBP and u have hypertension (and its quite severe like me) then I would stay away from this... thats my only ding... but if ur tryin to do the liquid diet thing I can see this as a good option
