My son's doctor told him to start taking 2000iu vitamin per day. From what I have read, you need to take K2 as well for absorption. Most vitamins I see being sold are 5000 IU, so I finally found this one to fit his needs. He likes the flavor, so he's happy with it.

We bought these based on review of several YT and independent reviews. So far they seem to be working well, good flavor, seem to be easily absorbed with no negatives noted to date. I'll make an update if anything changes, if no update this review stands.

I buy these monthly and they are high quality! They have brought my D level back into a normal range and are great value.

I bought these twice. They're just what I needed and the right dosage.

I don't see any difference that I can attribute to this vitamin. I got it to help my calcium absorption. The pills are round and medium-sized. But, they can be swallowed. I didn't notice the cherry smell until I removed the cotton insert inside the bottle. Then the pills developed the strong odor too which I didn't care for. If you leave the cotton inside this won't happen. The delivery is fine but the outside of the bottle is sticky. I wiped it off and it is still a bit sticky. It isn't a Gross stickiness but it has the stickiness of an adhesive a little. But, until I find a K2 vitamin that is a better deal than this one I will keep ordering this one.
