You mean BPA?Yes :) I am not aware of any plastic products that are not BPA free now. Even dollar tree plastics are BPA free

Are these made in the US?

Hi Rebecca! My name is Karen and I am with Med Shop & Beyond. The Cuddle Baby Silicone Feeding Spoons is designed in the US and manufactured in China. I hope this helps. Please contact us at orders@medshopandbeyond.com if you require additional information.

Is this with individual case??

Hi! My name is Karen and I am with with Med Shop & Beyond. The silicone spoons come 4 in a pack, without a case. I hope this clarifies your question. Please do not hesitate to contact us at orders@medshopandbeyond.com if you require additional information.

My package came open on two sides and spoons have dirt and scratches. Did yours come in the same condition? I'm considering retuning it.

I've ordered 2 sets of these spoons and neither came that way, I'd return for a replacement. We love them.. but something seems funny about that
