So far, so good
Have had this product for about 2+ weeks and have no complaints. Clicks are not loud and scroll wheel works smoothly. Some reviewers have complained that it is too small- I'm 6 ft tall with proportionate hands and have used larger mice (that palm conforms to), but find this one perfectly comfortable to use.6/26 Heavy use for 4 months; continues to work well and no battery change.

Love the ergonomically way this mouse is made
Wonderful wireless mouse. Works so well with my Dell laptop computer. The previous mouse, a cheaper model, did not hold up well but I expect this mouse to life the lifetime of the laptop. Well constructed

Not what I was hoping for
Nowhere near the quality of the Logitech or Microsoft mice. This has a flimsy upper portion that is incredibly sensitive. I'm constantly bumping mine with my pinky while I'm typing and it's always triggering the left mouse button. If it falls, it comes apart completely. It's a little larger and more square than the other two I mentioned so it doesn't feel like it fits in my hand as well.

Great, quiet mouse
I really like this mouse. The clicks are quiet and I can turn it off to save the battery when I'm not using it. Since I use it at home with my personal laptop, which doesn't get a ton of use, this mouse spends a lot of time idle so I appreciate the ability to turn it off.

Excellent mouse that functions perfectly. Clicking could be quieter and I wish it was heavier.
UPDATE: I purchased this mouse 2/6/16. It is now 2/20/17 and the indicator light is flashing red meaning the battery needs replacement. While I didn't get 18 months of use out of the battery, 1 year is pretty darn good considering I use the mouse several hours every day and sometimes forget to turn it off when not in use.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Prior to this mouse, I was using the Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000. The 5000 would often disconnect randomly or the cursor would skip across the screen. All drivers and software were up-to-date, but nothing seemed to improve its performance. Eventually I had enough of that and decided to go with the WM324 due to the good reviews and the fact that it does not utilize Bluetooth. Also, I thought the size would be perfect for my medium-sized hands. The WM324 scores a perfect 5 stars for functionality, but I have to dock it 1 star due to the cons listed below.PROS+ Immediately recognized upon plugging in the dongle and immediately available when resuming notebook from sleep+ Buttons are layed out perfectly - this is the first mouse I've used where my thumb can press the button on the side of the mouse without doing any weird contortions+ Scroll wheel is rubberized, grooved and operates very quietly+ Top of mouse secures to bottom via two small magnets...makes battery replacement or dongle storage convenient+ On/off switch on bottom of mouse+ Clean, sleek design - no Dell logo or other branding+ 1x AA battery includedCONS- Too lightweight, plastic used in construction feels cheap...I would have preferred no dongle storage and room for 2x AA batteries to increase the weight- Left and right buttons click pretty loud...I wish they were quiet like the scroll wheel

Dell WM324 Honest Review
Short Review: It does exactly what it is supposed to do.Long Review: This Dell WM324 fit my needs perfectly. My previous mouse was lost so I decided to get a new mouse because laptop trackpads have become awful to use: no physical buttons, terrible tracking, etc. This mouse feels very good in the hand and is built solidly for the price. The magnetic cover on the top is quite clever and practical to use. It tracks precisely to the degree of movement, which is due to it's optical sensor while the same could not be said of it's laser kin, the Dell WM524. This mouse does not have any fancy buttons, or gimmicky features. In conclusion, if you are looking for a simple plug and play mouse for a low price, this mouse is for you. If you are a power user and need features such as on the fly dpi adjustment, macro buttons and free flying scroll wheels then look elsewhere, such as the MX Master from Logitech. (As with all input devices, your mileage may vary due to the experience you receive being more subjective than objective.)

WAS Good but then not good
The Mouse was good for the price. But is now dead. Just stopped working. Only lasted two months.

Unreliable Connection
After a few weeks, the mouse stopped working as expected. Clicking became erratic, sometimes double or triple clicking when I only pressed down once. I had the USB connector plugged into a spot that was less than a foot away from the mouse, with no obstructions, and the problem persisted.
