Better Bowls Sugar-Free High-Fiber Instant Pudding & Shake Mix, Salted Caramel, 1.8 Ounce, Pack of 6

I bought these almost 2 years ago and did not like them in pudding. It separated and tasted odd. They sat in my cabinet for 2 years until I got a Ninja Creami. 2 tablespoons of the salted caramel is great in coffee ice cream! Just ordered a new 6 pack to keep making them.

I like the taste and ease to quickly make this up ahead of time. I have allergies so I use oatmilk to make this. I only use 1 1/4 cup of oatmilk to keep it from being too liquidy. Very nice tasting low calorie vanilla instant pudding.

I have been searching high and low for a high protein pudding without a lot of artificial stuff. this one came a little bit closer but it does still use splenda as the sweetener. it has a decent taste but the texture and consistency is just weird. it more than quadruples in size (air) and i did not like that at all. when it stays in the fridge for a day or two or more it tends to separate a bit and it doesn't look very appetizing. i was mixing it in smoothies so it's not a huge issue but i'm still searching for that perfect, smooth, tasty, sugar free high protein pudding. this one isn't it unfortunately.

If you are looking for a sugar free dessert, there isn't a lot out there to choose from. I decided to try the Better Bowls Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding. First impression: They don't arrive in the pouch as pictured, but actually in small boxes (similar to a box of Jello). Easy to make and ready in a flash. Taste was very sweet, but some will really like that. I don't have a "sweet tooth", so these were a little too sweet for me. One box made 4 servings in custard dishes. My only disappointment was that they began to shrivel up after a day or two. They were still edible, just not as appealing from a visual standpoint. Overall, 4 stars -

I've been ordering these pudding mixes for years. I can't eat aspartame but these are sweetened with Sucralose. The packaging has always been great but now they have changed to a box w/ pudding mix in cellophane on inside of box. The last order I had a cpl wks ago---The pudding dry mix was all in the shipping box & I had to throw almost all of the mixes away. My 91 yr old Mom is on Hospice & I wasn't about to serve her or myself anything that was already opened. That being said, I sure hope this company goes bk to the indiviual thick envelopes .. They really kept it FRESH. I even used one that was over a year out of date & it was fine. I really love the taste & these puddings, but I'm handicapped & hard for me to try & return product.. PLS switch bk to prior packaging.

This is very good, but I missed in the directions that milk had to be used. I don't use dairy products, but purchased some to give this a try. If you like puddings made with milk, you'll love this.
