Surprisingly these do actual work I do feel that I am more focused at work instead of my usual drifting mentality. I take two in the morning and hopefully it's not a placebo but I do feel it genuinely works.

All the listed vitamins were listed on the bottle so I assume they were in there. I can't say I felt greater focus as per say but I do think I felt generally healthier in a few subtle ways after a few months. I've since found that multivitamins often contain most of the specific vitamins in these that I thought I needed (zinc, b12, some of the other B vitamins) and cost less, you just need to check the back of the packet as they vary a lot.

I have tried various supplements that claim to enhance energy, but this one actually seems to work. I quite like it. Easy to swallow with water. Edited to add: Horbaach have recently changed the name of this product from Cognitive Neuro Complex to Focus Supplement Cognitive Support Complex, it is however, the same product and I find it a worthy purchase.
