Helped me sleep better.. don’t take more than one pill every night

I have tried multiple Melatonin brands and dosages and found the 1mg to be the best, and this product seems to be fast acting meaning your getting a hit of sleepiness an hour after you take it but the effect will wear off while you’re sleeping.

The melatonin I used improved my sleep. This melatonin product is chemical-free and made from plants. It releases melatonin slowly over several hours. It improves your sleep. If you are tired, melatonin helps you sleep longer during the day. Also, I plan to purchase more soon and hopefully the prices won't increase.

Was taking a 5 mg tablet and sleepy all the time. Even cutting that in half didn't help. One mg, along with my other meds, works well. It took a week or two for my body to adjust to the dosage, but now I get a decent night's sleep without feeling too dragged out to move the next day.Flavor: Not sure how you taste something you just swallow, but I gave it 5 stars because I didn't notice any. To me that's a good thing.

I like the fact that I can have a low dose melatonin tablet. (Higher doses give me a headache) This one is easy to swallow (I don't like the dissolvable ones)Just what I needed!
