Does the machine press / remove liquid from tofu or just the box method?

Never tried tofu with this juicer.. But it does extract every bit of veggie and fruits dry..

Is it hard to clean and time consuming?

I have two huroms and a omega, both require about same clean time but its not difficult, mostly rinse with water.

What's the difference between this and the Hurom hh?

The main difference is the features. With the H-AA, you can make juice, smoothies and ice cream. The HH, you can only make juice and smoothies.

Auger and filter is made of stainless steel?

Auger’s plastic on a stainless steel axel. Filter is a stainless still mesh in a plastic frame. Both extremely durable and quality made. Hope this helps.
