This item is amazingly cute. However, it needs to be put together, which took me over 10 hours. The instructions kept showing the house from different views so I was always reorienting myself. My grandson loves it and will play for hours with it and the pirate ship that comes with it. It appears to be very sturdy.

The media could not be loaded. This is by far my favorite gift this year. It took about 2 hours to build, but it was totally worth it. The instructions are mostly clear. My only issue was that some of the screws are painted on top and there is no guide as to which color should go where. I did my best to match the screw to the paint around it, but I guessed wrong occasionally, so when I got to the last few screws I had to move a few to make the colors fit better.It is incredibly sturdy and well made. The detail is impressive and the figures are awesome.The cannons light up and make a cannon noise. The treasure chest lights up. The crane can connect to the cargo and pull it up from the ship. There is so much to love about this setup. My son loves it.

This product was shipped as expected. It made it in two days with appropriate shipping.The product itself is pretty cool. My 3.5 year old received it for Christmas yesterday morning and has been playing it with non-stop. He definitely loves it. It's pretty sturdy and I'm thinking it will take a fair amount of abuse before it ends up in the toddler-toy-graveyard. It did take 2 hours for two handy guys to assemble though. There are a lot of pieces that needs to be put together. The instructions are pretty good though. Above average in detail and follow-ability. You do have to be careful if you use a drill. Make sure to set your drill on a very low torque setting. Too much power will snap the heads of the screws or breaks the pieces. Just be careful and thorough. Aside from the very entailed assembly process, the Pirate Fort is awesome. The extra pirate guys, treasure chest, furniture, ramps, pirate ship, crane, barrels, and rope ladder are all nice touches that my little boy plays with and lets his imagination run wild. The extra pieces are very well built and sturdy. They may one day get lost, but I doubt they'll ever get broken.Just make sure you have several hours to put it together. Slow and methodical, follow the instructions and enjoy the process. It definitely worth it! Great product.A wonderful touch to Christmas morning and definitely worth it!

Such a great playhouse. Was easy to put together. All pieces were labeled with numbers. I bought it for my 4 year old. But my 3 year old plays with it as well. Very sturdy wood. And perfect size for my son's

This pirate set is amazing! It's super well made, sturdy! It does take some time to put together but everything was pretty well labeled. The screws are labeled but also color coated so they blend in with the building so you need to match the colors with your own eye site bc the instructions do not tell you that. It's pretty self explanatory though. My 4 year old has played with this almost every day since he got it on Christmas. This doesn't disappoint and is well worth the price! In fact I believe it should've cost more bc of how well it's made. It comes with little pirate characters about 3 Inches tall. My son loves to bring in his g.I. Joe army guys as well. The pirate ship is also well made, safe. I've bought MANY toys for my twins and my other kiddos and this is by far a top gift with the art work on it, the price, the exceptional wood. If your child loves imaginative play and pirate type toys, this gift is for them!!!

This was awesome....my kid has had it now for 3 plus months and it has held up well *note* if ur child is the kind that Tries to tear up all their toys obviously nothing will last them long. But my child is kinda rough with his toys during play and its been super sturdy (it wouldn't hold up to being thrown, so to all those parents either make it urself out of something sturdier or don't be expecting fort knox). It literally comes with cannons that make a pretty realistic sound and pirate figures that look great. It was so fun that even I was getting down and playing with it and having a blast with my 4 yo. I bought it for around $130 so for that price point its been great.....some pieces are held together by little wooden dowel rods and started to come out after being played with for a while, but I used some wood glue and it fixed it permanently. To those who said they had damaged or missing pieces their is info in the assembly manual to get the pieces ur owed or to order additional pieces. Its super easy to assemble...the only thing that confused me are the tops of the screws...almost all the screws are the exact same screw, they just have a different color painted on the top....its up to you to match the color to where it goes lol....Im planning on ordering extra cannons so we can have 1 for every port hole on the sides of the ship, I cant wait to get them and have a full on pirate war!!

I saved up to buy this for my son as the price fluctuates.I stayed up literally all night building this for his birthday. That was an exhausting week but this is excellent. No missing parts, a wonderful gift. Large, but not unnecessarily. It looks awesome. The instructions weren’t the easiest to follow but clear enough. I only hand to undo things once or twice.I wish I had bought this when I first saw it. In his room, he had moved it right by his bed and though he doesn’t play with it everyday he plays with it often.I snuck it into his room with some bows and when I woke him he blinked and hugged me then he saw it.He lost his mind. He just kept repeating “you really overdid it, mom” best morning ever.
