We just need it asap, and had no time to return or order a new one. Some buttons has to be pressed very hard to work, and some even does not.

Good Inexpensive replacement remote
This product is a good replacement for the Samsung remote if you should lose it. The price is right at $10. It works right out of the box and works better than trying to figure out to use the universal remote from your TV provider if you are not solely streaming. I like that it has Amazon Prime video, Hulu and Netflix. I have accounts with all three so it make it nice to simply press a button on the remote to access them. I have no complaints about this remote. It's a good choice if you have a Samsung Smart TV and need a replacement.

It works
This is great. The stock remote quit working for my 65"inch Samsung Curve TV. I didn't want a Universal Remote because of the inconvenience of having to program it. This replacement Samsung remote works great ,turned my TV on right out of the box. Would recommend.
